Dashboard

When Interact is first started the Dashboard will appear. The Dashboard will provide a quick look for the selected timeframe (Today, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days)

Loads

Includes the total number of Loads for completed incoming and outgoing transactions during the selected timeframe.

Tons

Includes the total number of Tons for completed incoming and outgoing transactions during the selected timeframe.

Units

Includes that total number of Units for completed incoming and outgoing transactions during the selected timeframe.

Yards

Includes the total number of Yards for completed incoming and outgoing transactions during the selected timeframe.

Charges

Charges represents the total amount charged for completed incoming and outgoing transactions during the selected timeframe.

Active Materials

Group summary for completed incoming and outgoing transactions for the selected time frame by Material Code.

Active Jobs/Items

Group summary for completed incoming and outgoing transactions for the selected time frame by Job by Item.

Outstanding Accounts

Summarizes all unpaid invoice amounts per account.

Due Date: Earliest outstanding invoice’s due date

Undistributed payment: Warning shows if there are any payments that do not have the FullyDistributed flag set to true and a due date is present.

Aged Receivables

Summary of all outstanding invoices into the following brackets:

  • 0 - 30

  • 31 - 60

  • 61 - 90

  • over 90

About

Click the  About button to view software build, SQL server name and location, and the name of the database currently loaded.

Support Information

Click the Local Assigned Addresses drop-down to view a list of local assigned addresses for ethernet, network, wi-fi, and Bluetooth connections.

At times an AWS Integrated Specialist may need access to the computer. To start a live connection with AWS, click the AWS QuickSupport button.

To open the folder where daily log files are stored, click the Application Log button.

Click the arrow to close the About fly out.

Licensing

Click the Licensing button to view the serial number of the Interact license and all enabled features. 

The Refresh License button is used when additional features have been purchased for the existing license and need to be activated.

The Uninstall button can be used to Uninstall Interact from the computer.

Credits

The Credits button produces a fly out menu acknowledging all third party applications used to develop the Interact software.
