Accounting
Customers wishing to generate invoices or maintain account balances using Interact can purchase additional accounting modules.
The Invoice module will generate invoices using a selected date range. This module is often used to group and assign transactions to an invoice number prior to pushing transaction data to another accounting package.
The Pro version of Interact will generate invoices and allow the customer to maintain account balances through statement processing, receiving payments, and make adjustments with credit memos. Additional features of the Pro version include generating finance charges and calculating discounts if an invoice is paid early.
