Interact Server (IaS)

Overview

The Interact Server module is a powerful Windows Service used to automate tasks such as emailing tickets, invoices, and memorized reports, schedule automated backups, and access to our API to communicate with other computer programs and applications.

IaS can be installed on a local computer or dedicated server.  It will run independent of Interact and therefore does not need to be installed on a PC also running Interact. A link to the Interact database will be established once IaS has been installed and running.
