AWS Support Policy Changes


IMPORTANT SUPPORT POLICY CHANGES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019

 
To improve customer service, AWS has made the following support policy changes effective January 1, 2019.

  • AWS will no longer offer the option of pay-per-call support (hourly or block).
  • AWS will require all customers to purchase an ASP for continued support. Customers contacting AWS without an ASP will be required to provide credit card information when the initial call is placed. The credit card will be used to pay for the current support while the ASP is being processed. AWS reserves the right to validate credit card information before continuing support.

Delays often occur when operators, who do not have approval to make financial decisions, are seeking support. When trucks are backed up, these delays become frustrating and add stress to all parties involved. Purchasing a support plan will minimize these delays and reduce the frustration because operators will be able to access immediate support without having to secure internal approval.
