The About window contains the Logout button, login details, database connection information, a link to the log file, and a to start AWS QuickSupport.
To open the About window select Dashboard from the Menu and click the About button. OR click the arrow next to the logged in username.
A window similar to the following will appear.
To connect with an AWS representative for support
- Call (715.726.0691) or email (support@awsys.com) AWS to connect with a Systems Integration Specialist. Leave a detailed message. A technician will contact you within 24 - 48 hours. Be specific, if the issue is urgent and requires an immediate call back, be sure this information is included in the message.
- If the SI technician needs to connect to your computer, they will have you click the Support button then click the AWS QUICKSUPPORT button from the pull-out menu.
- The SI technician will walk you through any other information needed to connect to your computer.
