Trucks, Etc.

Use the Trucks, Etc. window to label and activate the tare tables. A window similar to the following will appear.

Vehicle Names

To enable a tare table, enter a name for each tared vehicle type in the Name and check the Enabled box. To add vehicles and tares to the tables, select Maintain | Accounts. Tabs will be available with the vehicle names provided. 

Tare Expiration

Set the number of days before a tare weight will automatically expire. When a new tare weight is entered for a truck the system will automatically calculate the expiration date based on this value. If set to zero, new tare weights will never expire.

Hatch fill target unit type

The Hatch fill target unit type option is used exclusively with the Load Out module sold separately

Default Truck Type for a new Truck

When truck types are in use, this feature can be used to automatically set the truck type when a new truck is added to the Truck Table.
